DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a dedicated Social Media Manager to join our growing company. The community manager's role is about supporting the operation team in the company’s social media and community channels with a driven delivery in user acquisition and community engagement with a great vibe and influence.
■ Community management and moderation across different channels in Telegram, Discord, Medium, Twitter and other groups requested by the Company
■ Building and executing a strategy to drive community growth and engagement
■ Admin job in major community channels including content moderation and feedback collections
■ Planning and execution of online campaigns and events
■ Recording complaints/concerns/feedback/improvement proposals of the members, and addressing them
■ Planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions.
■ Partnerships and negotiations with local KOLs, and media channels.
■ SMM and content-making
■ English - Upper-Intermediate +
■ At least 1 year Experience in community growing and management
■ Good command and understanding of social media tools including but not limited to Telegram, Discord, Medium and Twitter
■ Strong interest and passion for sport, betting.
■ Self-driven, initiative and collaborative working manner and ability to work in a startup environment.
■ Ability to solve problems and manage conflict
